Our commercial vacuum pouches can be used for a variety of food preparation and storage purposes, including storing frozen or fresh meats. We offer vacuum pouches in a variety of thicknesses, including 3 mil, 4 mil, and up to 7 mil, for especially heavy-duty purposes.
Perhaps the most popular type of frozen meat packaging, chub bags are one of our best sellers. A chub bag is a type of container formed by a tube of flexible packaging material, and typically has the appearance of a sausage with the ends sealed by metal crimps or clips. It is incredibly popular due to its effectiveness and cost. Simply put, chub bags are a cost-efficient way to keep your meat as fresh as the day it was processed and are difficult to puncture with knives and other kitchen equipment.
Our ground beef and ground pork bags are made from food-safe poly material for frozen prepared beef patties, ground beef and other similar applications. This material has been vetted by both the FDA and the USDA and will protect your meat from freezer burn during transport and storage.
These bags are easy to stack in the freezer and are an attractive type of packaging for all types of meat -- ground beef and pork included.
Though rollstock film may be better suited for jerky or dried meats, if you prefer to package your fresh or frozen meat in rollstock film, we have the capability to do so.
We offer both plate-printed and digitally printed rollstock, giving you total control over how the final bags look and feel.
We offer all the industry standard rollstock orientations and sell finished laminated rollstock with thicknesses between 2mil and 8mil.
